I have contacted Comcast THREE times w this prob to no avail...sending signals, resetting box, etc. I cannot view shows on some channels that I know are part of my package, for example VH1 and TeenNick. I see, via the forum, that lots of other ppl are experiencing the same problem. Why are we paying for cable packages when we can't even watch our programs when we want?! We are paying for a service that we are being denied, folks. Can anyone shed some light on how to fix this annoying problem?
