poor service

I am now experiencing my second week without on-demand service; I have made many many calls to CS and have had a rep visit my home.  I was told that a new line would need to be run to my house.  More than two weeks have gone by.  There is not visit scheduled .  I am exploring new opportunites to move my triple play service to another provider.
