Do you have a cable box with access to On Demand in your home?
Thanks,

Was there a solution to this? or a number to call and troubleshoot? I am having a similar issue with some regular network shows - not premium channels. Gamertag jensigne84. Sorry if I missed the solution somewhere!!

I found out what the problem is. You can only access what you pay for. In other words, movies are still paid for just like on demand, so if you what to watch a movie, you have to pay for it just like renting one on, on demand. Why even have Xfinity on Xbox??
