Cannot cannot change notifications under Preferences Tab on web site. When I click on notfications get
Call Manager error: "reference code: SCC-0235". This has been going on for 3 weeks. Contacted Comcast on phone, person I talked to confirmed the issue, and said he would report it. Nothing has happened since then

Got a phone call tonight and said my password was reset. All is well now. Thank you

I am having this same problem. Can you please help me. Voice mail works on phone but I cannot access call manager online. Thank you.
