I changed my voicemail greeting, and when I went to double-check it by calling my number from my cell phone, it just kept ringing and ringing - not going to voicemail. I also recently set it to go from 5 rings to 3 rings. What can I do so my callers actually are directed to my voicemail?

I am having the same issue Comcast pleae fix the problem. I use this as a work line and I am upseting clients that they can't get intouch with me and the phone rings continously without picking up. I am looking into other avenues of service because this is still broken after 2 call into tech support to have the voicemail reset.
