Code to access Voice Mail

Voice mail is not asking for my password prior to giving me my messages

I have gone through the set up twice, leaving a password


Right now anyone can get my personal messages with a password.


Why doesn't voice mail ask me for a password??

Your profile can be set so you do not use a password if your checking your voicemail at home using *99, but it will prompt you for that password when you check it from the outside.


You can change it in Smartzone or Xfinity Connect under preferences / Call Manager to always ask for a password.
