I recently had Comcast Voice installed and set up my voice mail. However, all calls go directly to Comcast Voice and not to my answering machine. How do I get calls to go to my answering machine again? It's great when you're away on a vacation, but otherwise you don't know that someone has called unless you check your email. I'm NOT getting any special sound when I pick up my phone, so I don't know anyone has called. Please help!

To permanently turn off voice mail, please contact Comcast support. it can't be done online.
Normal operation for voice mail is a studdertone when you pickup the receiver. Many phones have message waiting indicators that blink when there is a voice mail.
