Again, for my voice mail when I try to dial in *99, it says: "The mailbox number that you are trying to reach is not in service at this time. Goodbye."
Is this what I'm paying more than $245 per month for?
I'm going to sue Comcast. Enough is enough. I need VM and they have broken their promise.
