Even though I have voicemails, and can retrieve them, the dial tone does not "stutter" and my phone system doesn't register a voicemail (it apparently looks for a "voicemail tone" from the Xfinity box). Any ideas?

Sorry for the inconvenience. I have refreshed your Voicemail waiting indicator and will have someone follow up with you incase this does not resolve your problem.

Thanks for fixing the voicemail waiting indicator. Unfortunately, you also seem to have reset or changed my password. Now I can see that I have voicemail, I just can't access it. Is there a default password that I can use?
