I just changed to Xfinity VOIP last week 1-26-2012 - and I have the same problem - no indicator there is a voicemail.

Sorry for the inconvenience. I see that you have a current repair ticket opened to resolve this issue. I went ahead and refreshed the waiting indicator again. Someone will be in contact with you soon for resolution.
