xfinity voicemail has obviously been undergoing serious changes. The look and feel are completely different and it would be very nice if even a small portion of the features actually worked on the website. I've called several times over the last 2 weeks to find out if a caller ID banner would ever again be displayed on the TV and the best answer from Comcast is "our technicians are working on it". But the customers of course have to continue to pay for something that doesn't work. Does that seem fair? How many received a message saying that voicemail would be inaccessible from the website for several weeks (or months)? I want a refund.
