For the past month or two, the message indicator light on my line has flashed, and the dial tone pulses, to indicate new messages, but there often aren't any. And when there are new messages, even after I listen to them, the light and dial tone doesn't return to "normal". I've reset the modem, but that hasn't worked. Ideas?
