Mine is wierd. I originally had 678-401-**** as a number. It wokred great in the online apps and on my Android. I then requested to have my number changed to 678-402-****. I asked for the 401 number to be disconnected but I still see it on the Xfinity Connect. I cannot get voicemail on the 402 number. I dialled the *99 number and that completes but the 402 does not show voicemails in Connect or the Android App.

This is a customer to customer forum. What you should do is call 1-800 comcast and they need to fix it. Did you just get a new line or have you had it for a couple of days? lt does take some time to get a new number setup.

I have had it for 2 months. I have called 3 times and used the chat sessions 3 times and no one can resolve it.
