My voicemail message light does not light up and I am not getting the stutter tone.

I reset your voicemail waiting light. Can you confirm with me if your still having issues.

Can you call your line and leave a message and see if the light comes on, if it does go in and delete the message and let me know when it goes off.

If you pick up your line and you do not have a stutter tone after you leave the message please let me know. I have escalated your issues and someone from your local market will be following up as well.
