This has been driving me nuts for weeks, every once in a while this happens for weeks on end. Comcast has said sometimes when people call it triggers the vm even when they dont leave one, but no one is calling me at 2 am. its very annoying. Last time they "reset" it for me, I lost a bunch of very important voicemails about work, which cost me money. there has to be a way for them to fix this other than completely deleting all of my voice mail i have already heard. I call myself and leave a message to clear it, but its such a pain every day, sometimes a few times a day to keep doing this.
