Here we go again. Voice mail not picking up. Wow, it worked for two weeks. And it took a supervisor to fix it the first time (although a technician did call to see what he could do 10 days later after it was fixed). Somebody please compete with these guys....

I feel you. I keep having the same problem. I thought changing to their package deal would be a saving, instead it is a never ending nightmare.

Quality and service like this (the lack of) only exists because they can get away with it. When have you ever seen a customer satisfaction focus from these guys?

This is clearly a problem across the board not just an isolated incident. Comcast please fix the problem I am losing business due to your broken Voice Mail system!

HOW ABOUT WE ALL DEDUCT AN AMOUNT FROM OUR MONTHLY PAYMENT COMMENSURATE WITH OUR LACK OF SERVICE? We should continue to pay the bill in part, but reducing remittance by an amount may get some attention to this.
