For some reason, it seems that my voicemail and missed calls aren't updating. Apparently, the last voicemail I received was May 14, but I am pretty darn sure that I have received plenty of voicemails beyond that date. The same thing with my missed calls. The only recent missed call it displays was on Saturday, but I know I have missed a couple calls these past few days. My Answered and Placed Calls are all up to date, it's just my Voicemail and Missed Calls that seem to be not working. Does anybody know the problem to this? I've talked to a couple Comcast Technicians, and they have all seem to failed, incessantly reseting my account to no avail...Any advice or suggestion would be greatly appreciated!

I'm having the same problem. I want to block a telemarketing number, but the new system won't allow me to submit the number, only block it after they get around to listing it.

I'm having the same problem as a few others, namely my Missed Calls list is not updating. This is a new problem as it's always been current right up to the present. Last Missed Call listing is dated February 26. (Voicemail, Answered Calls & Placed Calls seem to be updating just fine.) Since you can only screen 12 unwanted call numbers at a time, this list is how I determine which older numbers are not bugging us & are safe to delete. I have no idea now. And why can you only screen/block 12 at a time anyway? It would be so simple to just add new ones as necessary. I wasted a lot of time today with a live Comcast chat guy that was no help at all!
