Our phones no longer display when we have voicemail. This use to work with the old Comcast box. The Comcast box had to be replaced last week when the old box had no power. Any ideas.

The Comcast Cares Team has been notified and will look into the issues with the voice mail notifications.
Watch this post and your email for updates from the team during the business week.
In the meantime please reset your eMTA by pressing the small recessed button on the back panel where the cables attach. You will need a toothpick or some poker to press the button.
