We have two business lines and need voicemail capability on both. When I call *99 on the second line I get a recording that says that feature is not available on that line.

Please contact your Comcast Business Rep. This forum basically covers residential issues.

We now have a Forum for Business Class customer. If you have internet with your service you have the ability to register for a new account. If internet is not part of your service you still have the ability to view the forums and all other services that Comcast offer.
