Voicemail temporarily unavailable

Every since I ported a new number to Xfinity, Connect no longer works (via the website of the Xfinity connect app). I also do not receive called ID notifications.

 

I have received calls from at least 4 people at Xfinity telling me it is fixed and I check it and point out it is still not fixed. Then they said it was a ssytem wide problem. are there others having this problem? It has been going on for almost 2 weeks. Extremely frustrating.

I have been having the same issue with VM and text.  Since the number change only thing I can access from comcast.net website is email
