Hi. I have Comcast Triple Play, and my voicemail used to work just fine, but lately when I try to check it (or try to leave a message remotely), I get a message saying something like "voicemail not available." I also tried getting into my voicemail on the Xfinity Connect website and cannot access it there either.
People seem to have had success getting this issue resolved on this forum, so I figured I'd try as well! Would someone please be able to help me? Please let me know if you need any more information.

Please disregard the above. I decided to give Comcast a call and in under 20 minutes a very helpful Comcast operator reset my voicemail remotely. I had to set it up from scratch but that's fine and all is well now.
