Call Forwarding: After a # of Rings?

Can I turn on call forwarding only if it rings a certain number of times and is unanswered (say, my home phone rings two times and if it isn't answered it automatically forwards to my cell?) I use the iPhone app and online account managementt (not the *72/*73 on the phone).

If you have his name and if he was a true Comcast salesman or from a 3rd party, please report all details so he can be retrained or worse.:smileydevil:
