How do I change my Voice Mail Greeting ?

Please explain step by step.

 

*99 only works the first time.

 

Also what are the commands to delete, skip, repeat messages? Is there a web page with these commands?

I think a better question is "why can't I change my voicemail greeting through the web portal or my Xfinity Connect App?"
