How do I find out about the duration of each call. Since you changed the format it's impossible to know all long each placed call lasted. Please help me.

With the new format there is no way for you to find out how long a call lasted.
Comcast employees must be authorized to post in the forum in an official capacity. Employees posting here have their names in red and are designated as employees. Names not in red are customers.
This is done to protect customers and for assurance that they are dealing with a Comcast employee.
Non-Authorized Employees are allowed to post but cannot state they are employees nor can they allude to being employees.

Too bad, so how do I know how much time I have left to use this month.
I have a 100 minutes per month starting the 8th of each month. All I need to know is how much I have left for this month. I don't want to go over my 100 minutes. Thanks
