Listen recorded greeting, change "Name" & Auto Playback ?

I would like to listen to the greeting already recorded.

 

I know how to recorded a new greeting but how do I listen to the current greeting ?

Press [4] to change your personal options. You then have the following options:
•     Press [2] for administrative options.
•     Press [5] to skip your password when listening to messages from home.
•     Press [3] to manage your greetings.

 

Press [3] does not give a function to listen to recorded greeting.

 

 

Question #2


Please clarify the greeting and name ? How do I record a new name ? When is the name heard ? Do callers just hear the greeting ? I hear the name when I enter the main menu.

Please explain Auto Playback.

You can dial your phone number from another phone to listen to your greeting.

 

Question #2

You have the following options to play a greeting to callers.

 

1) standard greeting with your telephone number

2) standard greeting with your name

3) personal greeting

 

To make your selection, go to main menu, option 4, 3, 1.

To change your recorded name, go to main menu, option 4, 3, 3.

Question #3

When auto play is off, you have to press a key to listen to your new messages.

When auto play is on, you can listen to your new messages without pressing a key.

Is here a way to make everything default ? Restart everything and start with the initial *99 setup ?

You are welcome. Customer care can reset the settings for you and let you hear the tutorial again. Currently a user can not do it.
