Voice Service and Equipment

The message indicator light on my phones will not turn off once I delete my voice mail.  I have called at least five times to have this corrected and comcast still will not fix it.

This seams to be happening on my phone every other week.  I get tired of calling comcast to reset the indicator.

Here are a few thing you can try

1. Try leaving yourself another voice message and delete it.

2. Try picking up the phone of the receiver for a couple of minutes and then place it back down.

3. Try going online and completely play your voice messages even if there is nothing on it.

4. Try resetting your etma 

If all else fails you will have to call comcast 1-800 comcast and ask them to clear the switch.
