Sorry for the inconvenience. Your call history should take approximately 20 seconds or more to display not a week. Make sure you are refreshing your call history to make sure it's updating.
In the meantime I have escalated this issue for you and someone from your local region will be contacting you soon to investigate your issue.

That is very disappointing to hear. I'm not sure how your telephone could possibly be responsible for delaying call data from being displayed on their website. I never had this issue with my previous VOIP provider.

So it sounds like "missed calls" are actually calls that disconnect before voicemail picks up. I still say that they should avoid the all the confusion and just go with incoming and outgoing. It would probably be simpler to implement as well.

Having this same issue now. call log is not updating properly, taking up to a week to update & many calls are not logged in "missed, answered ot placed" right now it is 3-4 days behind on calls.
