Sadly, when using Call Forwarding it can only do immediate call forwarding.
Can we not have an option to choose that it forwards only after so many rings, just like you can pick after how many rings to go to Voice Mail?

Many before you on the Community Help Forums has asked for what would be called "no answer busy transfer"
Comcast is aware of these features that are available by many competitors, but is slow to deploy many new features on CDV.

WalkerWharf, I could take a look to see if this is something available in your area, please send me your phone number as a private msg so I can take a look into this.
Thank you.

It is amazing that comcast does not have a feature where a call can be forwarded to another number after a preset number of rings... well, for the residential user anyway. The same system that they use for the residential service is used for their business service. The same web portal for controls and amazingly the interfaces are EXCATLY the same.
If comcast wanted to add this feature it would be really easy because they have it.
I have a home office and use my cell phone as my only business phone. When I am at my home office, I have my cell phone forward calls to my home number because my cell phone does not work very good in my house. However, when I am on the phone unanswered calls go to my personal voice mail which is not very professional.
Comcast... wake up... you have the service on your Business Package... now just turn it on for the residential customers.
Make people happy with the service... not frustrated.

I agree-- This service is offered on Vonage and other carriers. The Comcast business package includes this. The crazy thing is when you call customer service the don't even understand what I am asking them for. The talk to be about selective call forwarding. Although that's a nice feature its not near the same as call forwarding busy/no answer. I find Comast customer service at the bottom of the list!
