I have reset your modems if your modem did not reset please use the reset button on the back of your modem. You will need the tip of a paperclip to reset or something of similar size.
Green solid modem lights lets us know that your modem is functioning OK.
The link light blinks to let you know that there is a internet connection.
Tel1 blinking indicates that the line is in use. Light may appear orange when battery is in use.
If your modem is in standby mode you will need to press and hold the standby button depending on your modem type (Motorola) will be at the top of your modem for 3 seconds.
Pleases plug your phone directly into the back of your modem in port tel 1/2 and reset your modem again and if this doesn't work Please follow up with me.
