Could someone please rescue us???? Our phone number that we have had for over 10 yrs with Comcast was arbitrarily changed to a new number by Comcast (no notice to us). For almost 2 weeks, we have talked with multiple customer service agents that have assured us that our original number would be restored within 24 hrs. Just made another call today while on hold, we got disconnected; and as with every agent, even though the agent has our cell number, they never return our call and it is the same vicious cycle with no resolution. Will someone PLEASE ADDRESS THIS ISSUE? What other recourse do we have? What is the escalation process and who can we contact that will help us?

I am having the same problem, I forgot to pay my comcast bill, less than a month late, I paid right away now my home phone isn't working I called and was told someone would get to billing to take care of this, so far nothing. I have had that number for over 20 years and comcast takes it away when my bill was current and service back on and on top of that they did not tell me. I thoght numbers had to be held for a time period, at least more than an hour. I can't get through to anyone. I'm desperate and at a loss what to do.

At this time, Comcast doesn't allow 10-10 numbers to be used. Sorry for the inconvienience.
Comcast does have 100 and 300 minute international plans however for 4.95 and 14.95.
That brings the cost of international calls.down to 5 cents per minute
