I just got phone service and they gave me a different number, so I called them and said I wanted my old number. They fixed it but now no one can call me on either number, but I can call out.
You're phone # is not set up correctly. Give Comcast a call. They will probably have to escalate the problem amd will give you a "ticket" number. Normaly it will take a day or two to get it fixed.
