Secondary xfinity voice not working

My wife has a secondary account and I have granted her access through my primary account to listen to voicemails and view outgoing/missed calls through xfinity digital voice.  It does not seem to be working when I tested it on her device (iPad 2).  It still says "Trying to check voice features?  Log in to Customer Central..."
