When I first signed up I was able to access voicemail online. However, after I had our digital voice number changed to our old land line number I can no longer access voicemail online. I receive these two error messages.

The number (415) xxx-xxxx has not been set up with voicemail. To add this feature, or to find out more, please call 1-800-COMCAST.
I have already setup voicemail and I am able to retrieve voicemail via the home phone but not online through Smartzone. I have already called customer service and spent 30mins to get absolutely nowhere. Please help.

You should be able to access voicemail online now. Please let us know.

When I try to access Call Manager from my friends computer, I can look at my list of calls incoming & outgoing, but when I click on PREFERENCES, that is when I get this message. Please help
