Unable to access Voicemail through Smartzone

When I first signed up I was able to access voicemail online.  However, after I had our digital voice number changed to our old land line number I can no longer access voicemail online.  I receive these two error messages.

 

Sorry, we are currently unable to complete your request. We apologize for this inconvenience. If this problem persists, please call Customer Service.   [Error DVC-377]

 

The number (415) xxx-xxxx has not been set up with voicemail. To add this feature, or to find out more, please call 1-800-COMCAST. 

 

I have already setup voicemail and I am able to retrieve voicemail via the home phone but not online through Smartzone.  I have already called customer service and spent 30mins to get absolutely nowhere. Please help.

  You should be able to access voicemail online now.  Please let us know.

I am getting this error message when I'm trying to access my voicemail features on line    [Error DVC-377]. I want to be emailed when a new voice message is left.

When I try to access Call Manager from my friends computer, I can look at my list of calls incoming & outgoing, but when I click on PREFERENCES, that is when I get this message.  Please help
