When I log into Smartzone I can access my email but my voice mail shows as a feature I need to purchase (I am a current subscriber). I tried Comcast help online yesterday, they reset my my voice mail, but as of right now I don't have it working it yet, it used to work and maybe about 2 month is has stop working so I'm trying to get it to work again.
But no luck

The Comcast Cares Team has been notified and will fix your Smartzone issue.
Watch this post and your email for updates from the team Friday or next week.
