Voice time stamps are 3 hours off in SmartZone

This started about a week ago.  When I called Xfinity tech support, the agent gave me a phone number for Xfinity signature servide (paid support) -- why should I have to pay to get this corrected???  The service agent obviously didn't know what she was doing.  Can somebody please check this out for me?
