This is so annoying. I didn't answer phone calls because they say "out of area" or "private", and they didn't leave a voice mail. I check my SmartZone and it shows them as answered. Is this because they waited for the answering machine to engage? Why can't these go to missed calls?
I'm also not getting my email voice transcripts for those that do leave a message.
