caller ID on tv

when did comcast start doing this, I think it is a good idea on the tv,  as on the phones I can't really read the caller ID at all.  I also am reading here about it being on the PC how can I get this to happen on my PC.

There are a few requirements for this:

 

1. You must find out if it is available in your area. (obviously, if you see it on TV, it already it is)

2. You must have all 3 services. (Cable/Internet/Phone)

3. You must install the caller id on PC application (Powered by Adobe Air).

 

You can get the application here: http://www.comcast.net/callerID/ (It's on the top-right side of the page).
