I have an error code scc-0235 from smart zone and my phone number was supposed to be ported from AT&T. I still have the temporary phone number, service was installed 9/24.

update on this issue and still having problems
service is working fine but the number is still with AT&T. AT&T is still billing me for service, claims no port request was received from Comcast. Comcast claims number was ported on Sept. 27 and I am using the number through them. I need Comcast to notify AT&T about the porting so I can get the bill and disconnect issue with them corrected. I called customer service but couldn't get the department for this on the phone.
I also still have the error scc-0235 in smartzone.

The Comcast Corp escalation team has been notified and will followup with each of your concerns.

error scc-0235 still going on and now can not receive incoming calls since this morning. AT&T is looking into porting issue. I can call out fine but phone won't ring inside my home. I've tried with corded phone and still same issue. I've had nothing but problems since making the switch to Comcast! If this issue doesn 't get corrected I'm cancelling phone service.

Hi PW125 - we are working on this and I apologize if Ms. Powell has not updated you. AT&T is challenging our access to port your telephone number. Ms. Powell will call you to fill you in on the details now.
