This is a community forum and not the Comcast help desk, since you reset your eMTA and that didn't help, then the only thing is to contact Comcast support and they will decide if a tech visit is necessary or if they can fix it remotely.

Funny...I just transfered my sevice from around the corner and have not had phone service for a week....12 yes 12 calls later and I have talked to people all over the world when I dial the Comcast 800 number and still no luck on in bound calls....Comcast service in a joke!!!!

No phone service. Trying to contact customer service via chat line (no response) and am holding for customer service on my cell phone for 40 minutes, so far I'm still holding. There should be a law.
