Comcast can you take a look at this problem and fix it for me. The greeting / sign in button is missing from the home page for me. I can not sign in I have to click on the email link to get to sign in box. Then I see the greeting / sign out button. If I sign out and come back to to home page the greeting / sign in button is still gone.
Something is going on as I checked all computers in my house connected to internet and none of them have the sign in anymore on the Comcast home page.

I am having the same issue with Firefox and Chrome. IE doesn't seem to have the same problem. I know for a fact that it was not an issue with my system because I had logged on earlier in the day without problems and although nothing was altered or changed I could not find the log in prompt later in the day. Neither Chrome nor Firefox were updated and certainly the likelihood that both would do so on the same day is extremely low I believe that there had to be some change on the Xfinity/Comcast side of the equasion. Okay, I could use IE but I would prefer to have a choice on which browser I use. Hopefully this problem can be resolved quickly.

In the last few weeks I also have not had the sign in button on my Comcast homepage and have to go to email to sign in. Hate it! Is there a fix?

When I sign-in and leave the home page, I 'm required to sign-in everytime I leave the homepage.
What can I do to keep from re-signing everytime I leave the homepage?

Do you mean when you go to another website and close the homepage?
You can click on Keep me signed in when you sign in on the Comcast homepage.
If you delete all cookies when you close your browser though, your Comcast cookie may also be deleted, requiring you to sign in again.
