Easy Solve? NOT easy. won't authenticate, keeps getting error message 401. What is "easy" about this? have tried to install several times, keep getting the same thing. guess i'll have to remove this from my programs, just using space for nothing. typical of my experience on comcast....and now they want to charge me to get help with their FREE programs? no thanks

I would uninstall it.
