Queen-Evie is 100% correct. I have been trying to use it for 3 days with the same results.

"Firefox scan incomplete

Required feature is not installed/enabled"

I enable Firefox with EasySolve, run a scan again and it comes back with the same results,

"Firefox scan incomplete

Required feature is not installed/enabled"

GOODBYE EasySolve and soon to be Comcast too.
