If you have a flash drive or external drive you can copy the contents of Favorites to it, then copy them from the flash/external drive to the new computer. (If you don't have either of these, invest in a flash drive. They don't cost much and are handy to have)
You could burn the files to a cd, then copy them from the cd to the new system.
