Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't the preferences for mail and newsgroups essentially the same in Netscape 6.x and 7.x? The real difference lies between Communicator 4.x and 6.x.
You are smart enough to figure out how to move from IE to Netscape, I'm sure you can figure out how to move from Netscape 6.x to Netscape 7.x (In fact, didn't you write "Im able to send and receive on all 5 e-mail accounts I have set up...I have no problems and am still playing around" in post http://forums.comcast.net/thread.jspa?threadID=190&messageID=912#912 ?).
Do you honestly want someone at Comcast to waste his or her time drafting documentation on how to configure every single version of every web browser? Try netscape.com.
The only thing that's "lame, lame, lame" is that you could be helping other people solve their problems, rather than complaining in 85% of your posts (http://forums.comcast.net/profile.jspa?userID=1134).
