I can't get past this page!!!!!???!!!!

Ok so I have been using my wireless internet connections on two laptops in my house for what should count as forever. then the other day I connect and get online, now I cannot get passed the comcast register my account (the one that is split in half for customer and technition, it's like the installation screen when you first get comcast). So I go and I have downloaded the software and done everything I need to, to supposedly fix it... UNEVENTFUL. I AM connected to the internet just no matter the site I cant get past the page. And I have had the router for my main tower reset and everything. If you have any ideas on how to help that would be great because I am  going crazy!!!!

Call Comcast and have them re-provision your modem. The software method isn't working for you. You'll need the MAC address from your modem, have that ready when you call (there should be a sticker on the bottom of the modem).

Agreed. The modem seems to have lost its provisioning somehow, or a glitch in their system somehow affected your account info in their database so you are stuck in the "Walled Garden".
