I have always been able to ge the fan.  Then I loaded the Internet Kasperskysoftware.  Every other video program I run works fine.  However, the FAN does not.  It koads up until I get a black screen and then freezes up.  Has anyone had this happen or has Comcast heard of this and considered a fix.  If I temporarily shut down Kaspersjy, I can run the Fan.  Would appreciate any help I can get.

Re: The Fan

Somewhere, unfindable and buried in these new unnavigable forums, is a statement by the new forum administrator, that the fan will (thankfully) be discontinued in favor of a new video page.  There was also a link to that page.

Re: The Fan

Is there any chance you are running Firefox? Adblock is stopping fan contents from playing.

Re: The Fan

Yes, I am using Firefox.  I disabled and then uninstalled adblock and it still doesn't let The Fan load clips.

Re: The Fan

Hmm, I have KAV (not KIS) and the fan runs just fine for me.. Noting that I am no fan of the fan and had to actually watch a video to check out.
