I recently built a new computer and now i cannot log into my account, all it says is (Retrieving your account information, one moment please...) but never completes. I can use any other website and can even log into my e-mail and use the TV link. The account page is only one that gives me problems. Have unplugged my modem and router and also did the release/renew IP and still nothing. Also I had vista on old computer and Windows 7 on current one. Any solutions?

If it still works on the old computer, check the privacy setting under internet options. Default it usually medium but I've seen new computer set higher and it block some pages from loading properly

Evidently there is some problem with IE9 because i downloaded google chrome and was able to log onto account page just fine. Privacy was set to medium-high so i lowered to medium and no change. It is pretty stupid to have to download another browser just to be able to sign onto one page.

Full reset the browser:
Tools => Internet Options => Advanced => Reset
Don't let ANY add-ins add themselves in, IE is bad with addons, eventually you'll have a browser that wont even open...
