I am getting the error 3222 and tried to clear cookies ( which I did) and no results, but I don't know how to clear my browsers cache. What is that? and  how do i access it?

I strongly recommend a freeware program called CCleaner. It not only clears your cache (from all your browsers), it removes cookie you don't want (you set it to keep cookies you want and it automatically gets rid of the rest, including tracking cookies).  It also clears cookies from Flash player.
