When I try to download a comcast bill online in Internet Explorer, IE trys to download as an "Account_aspx" file rather than a pdf file. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

I had that same issue once with a different website. What I had to do was save the file to my desktop or documents then open it. Saving it first might work for you.

I had the same problem using IE9. Never found a workaround and went back to IE8. Are you using IE9?

That's something I never thought of. You could also try a different browser such as Firefox.
When I had the issue it was on an XP system using IE8.
