Everyday I have trouble accessing websites. I get an error message from Comcast saying it can't find the website I'm looking for. It happens when I'm looking for Google, Hulu, even Comcast. I tried to ask a technician, except I often get an error message saying Comcast can't find Comcast.net.
I use Firefox, but this also happens when I'm using Safari.
The problem usually goes away on its own after a few minutes, but it's a huge inconvenience when I'm trying to work. What should I do? I'm close to canceling Comcast.

Hello,
Have you tried clearing your temporary files, cache and history files?

I wouldn't think it was due to cache or history......when it happens to NEW pages. In fact often what happens is that it'll flash onto the targeted page...but FLIP to a "Can't find page"
